First Aid training and Mental Health has been a passion of mine. Having  served 18 years in the Armed Forces,Over the last 8 years training people has been extremely important to me. Mental health and First Aid has been at the forefront of this, helping companies and people to be able to open up and give support to their colleagues. Having trained over 6000 people with mental health and first aid over the last 2 years.
